Location: Pleasanton, CA (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term

Contract Role

Role Description:

  • Certified in UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos workforce Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central).
  • Work Experience in Kronos Clocks using Device Manager, Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, Leaves, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting and Analytics
  • Extensive Knowledge in Design, Configuration and Modify Business Structures, Hyper
  • Find Queries and calendars, Data Access Control Concepts
  • Setting up Workflow notifications and navigators
  • Expertise on Inbound, Internal and Outbound Interfaces
  • Expertise on UKG Dimensions Custom reporting

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or workforce Central(Legacy Kronos) Advanced Scheduler Module
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Healthcare Industry
  • Atleast 10 years of experience with workforce dimensions architecture and solution, PL/SQL oracle procedures etc
  • Certified in UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central(Legacy Kronos workforce Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central).
  • Work Experience in Kronos Clocks using Device Manager, Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, Leaves, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting and Analytics
  • Extensive Knowledge in Design, Configuration and Modify Business Structures, Hyper Find Queries and calendars, Data Access Control Concepts

  • Expertise on UKG Dimensions Custom reporting
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent(minimum 12 years work experience)Certified in UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central(Legacy Kronos workforce Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central).
