Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with and nurture leads from our Zillow lead system.
• Organize and conduct home showings and property inspections.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the most beneficial price under optimum terms.
• Update and maintain listings of available properties.
• Foster networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
• Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
• Ability to work independently coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Robust sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Quick thinker with the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
• Real estate agent’s or broker’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $175,000.00 per year
