Your day as a PRN Occupational Therapist

As a PRN Occupational Therapist at SummitWest Care in Grand Junction, CO, you will have the opportunity to assist clients with their recovery in the comfort of their own homes. Your role will involve restoring independence, fostering healing, and providing valuable client education to promote well-being. You will be responsible for completing timely and accurate documentation of your sessions, ensuring seamless coordination of care with the clinical team. Are you the PRN Occupational Therapist we're looking for?

To excel in this role as a PRN Occupational Therapist at SummitWest Care in Grand Junction, CO, you must possess an active OT License, a valid Driver's License, and auto insurance. These tools are essential for conducting home visits and ensuring seamless delivery of care to our clients. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effectively collaborating with a diverse clinical team and providing exceptional patient education.
