Pay

  • $23.00-$25.00/hour
  • 5% bonus on Sales

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of commercial and residential units to identify wood-destroying organisms.
  • Create detailed diagrams of inspected properties, highlighting areas of concern.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients to secure sales contracts.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding termite control and prevention.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to termite inspection and control.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during inspections and treatment procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and generate repeat business.
  • Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Job requirements

  • Field Representative Branch 3 License issued from the structural pest control board for the state of California
  • Basic computer skills
  • Construction experience is a plus
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Termite inspections and Sales experience is a plus
  • Clean driving record
  • Pass a background check
  • Pass a pre-employment physical
  • California Driver's License
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
