Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Retail Marketing Associate. This individual will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness for our retail and events business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of face to face appointment setting, retail marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Core Job Responsibility:
Your job as a Retail Marketing Associate is to generate qualified appointments to provide estimates on the products that we provide and install for homeowners. These appointments can be generated through any number of channels including but not limited to:
1) Greeting showroom guests.
2) Event marketing at home shows, fairs, festivals, expos, etc.
3) Retail store marketing at our in-store design centers.
4) Radius marketing around active jobs sites.
Tasks:
- Learn company standards and execute marketing strategies to drive appointments and sales in our retail stores.
- Work closely with the Retail & Event Manager to ensure in-store displays and promotions are in line with brand guidelines.
- Work with marketing to manage/update social media channels and engaging content to increase brand awareness.
- Dynamic and welcoming personality with a strong focus on customer engagement and maintaining interest.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, door to door, retail marketing or related field.
- Strong understanding of face to face marketing and people engagement techniques.
- Reliable go-getter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Passion for the retail industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
