How You Will Contribute

  • Develop, monitor and report business metrics
  • Oversee regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with owners on capital asset management and lease vs. buy considerations
  • Hire and mentor accounting team
  • Assist with 401k administration
  • Manage relationship with external CPA firm
  • Manage the employee benefits process



About YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 5 plus years related work experience; preferably in a warehouse environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technologically proficient, including excellent Excel skills
