  • Our Tacoma, WA location is looking for a Full-Time Auto Electrical Repair Associate
  • This is a Monday-Friday position with the shift of 6:30 am - 3:00 pm with opportunity of daily and weekend overtime

Competitive pay at $26.33 per hour with annual increases per the Collective Bargaining Agreement

Summary of Position:

This position is responsible for performing diagnosis, repair, replacement, and maintenance tasks as well as installation work in the Accessory Department.


Job Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years' experience on the job or college degree in automotive repair.
  • 12th grade reading and writing skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Follow directions, both written and verbal.
  • Good visual ability.
  • Positively represent AWC.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Understand Company and Customer requirements.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, ability to drive manual transmission.
  • Ability to read and understand SDS

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASE Certified Master Technician.
    • Engine Repair
    • Automatic Trans/Transaxle.
    • Manual Drive Train and Axles.
    • Suspension and Steering.
    • Electrical/Electrical Systems.
    • Heating & Air Conditioning.
    • Engine Performance
  • Previous experience with KDS

  • ASE Certified Master Technician.
  • Must be able to pass background check
