The Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist with a background in pediatric care. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Active license through the California Board of Occupational Therapy
  • At least one year of experience working with the pediatric neurodiverse population, preferably in a clinical setting
  • Professional expertise and knowledge of intervention and treatment methods
  • Experience with assessment tools (e.g., BOT, REAL, Sensory Profile, Batelle) and developing actionable treatment plans based on results
  • Strong skills in building rapport and trust with clients and their families
  • Exceptional prioritization, time management, and organizational skills for timely completion of treatment plans, progress notes, and SOAP notes
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining high therapy quality and safety
  • Growth-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach with team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
