Position Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager at Vorkis LLC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for leading the product strategy, roadmap, and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of delivering successful products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product(s), aligned with company goals and market needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate product plans, progress, and updates, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Drive the product development process from ideation through launch, ensuring a seamless user experience and maximum market impact.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on software or technology products.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering products to market, from concept to launch, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct market research, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in agile development environments and proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional products that solve real-world problems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
