About the Role:

The Training Software Developer role will support workforce development. Duties of the Training Software Developer include front end design of training curricula, assessment methodology definition and development in training tools, and data analysis of existing gaps in training curricula. Use Agile scrum methodologies and principles to develop an implementation schedule and lead a team to success.

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Experience developing and delivering software using Agile scrum methodologies and principals

  • Experience leading diverse teams
  • Experience delivering to clients at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Active Security Clearance

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience implementing 508 Compliance methodologies and principals
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience with Amazon Cloud Services (AWS)
