Role Description: We're currently seeking a Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. As a Maintenance Crew Leader, you'll oversee our maintenance crew in tasks such as lawn care, bush trimming, and customer communication. We're looking for someone with a minimum of two years of experience in landscape maintenance and a strong desire to learn and lead.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience in landscape maintenance.
Basic understanding of crew budget management preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the maintenance crew in performing tasks such as lawn care and bush trimming.
Suggest and promote supplementary services beyond basic maintenance tasks
Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for landscape enhancement
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Assist in the management of crew budget and resources.
Train and mentor crew members to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Create and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
