Job Description: Monroe Staffing is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals for the position of Sandblaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start a career in a manufacturing industry, as no prior experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces for further finishing.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Inspect surfaces after blasting to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous experience in the sandblasting industry is a plus and will be considered for higher wages.
