Marietta, GA. Boutique Environmental & Construction Law Firm seeks litigation paralegal for permanent position in our Marietta, GA office. Position is primarily remote, Proficiency in e-filing using PeachCourt and Odyssey required. Minimum 3+ years' experience. Competitive salary, benefits package, bonus structure and 401k plan. Preference for experience in construction, environmental and real estate experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Legal fact and basic legal research
  • Assist with case management
  • Organize and electronically file pleadings
  • Coordinate and schedule calendars

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
  • Ability to work overtime
