Must-have skills for this role:

  • Salesforce Apex Development.
  • Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • Technical design.

Primary job duties/responsibilities:

  • As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • You will be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expertise in Cross-Functional Team Leadership is required.
  • Salesforce Apex proficiency is required. Salesforce Lightning Web Components proficiency, Salesforce Configuration proficiency, and Salesforce DX proficiency are recommended.
  • Contribute to the application design and development process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application implementation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the application development.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application performance.
