Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Overview: As the Senior Enterprise Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer’s technology landscape. You will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide architectural strategies and frameworks that leverage Azure cloud technologies, Salesforce, and modern application and infrastructure practices to drive innovation, enhance business agility, and deliver exceptional value to our clients. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a strong focus on driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Roadmapping: Develop and implement enterprise-wide architectural strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives, leverage Azure cloud technologies, Salesforce, and modern application and infrastructure practices, and drive digital transformation initiatives forward.
Azure Cloud Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of cloud-based solutions on the Azure platform, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security while maximizing value and minimizing risk.
Salesforce Architecture and Integration: Define and implement Salesforce architecture and integration strategies to support business processes and enhance customer experiences across sales, marketing, and service functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural principles.
Mobile and Omni Channel Strategy: Develop and implement mobile and omnichannel strategies to deliver seamless and personalized experiences to customers across multiple channels and touchpoints, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Application Modernization: Lead the modernization of legacy applications and systems, including the evaluation, selection, and implementation of modern technologies, architectural patterns, and development methodologies to improve agility, scalability, and maintainability.
Infrastructure Modernization: Drive the modernization of infrastructure and data center environments, including migration to cloud-based and containerized architectures, automation of provisioning and management tasks, and adoption of DevOps practices to improve efficiency, agility, and cost-effectiveness.
Technology Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce technology governance processes and standards to ensure alignment with architectural principles, best practices, and industry standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements and security policies.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs, define architectural requirements, and drive consensus on architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of architects and technical leads, providing guidance, support, and coaching to foster professional growth and development, and build a high-performing and collaborative architecture team.

Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT architecture, or related roles, with a focus on Azure cloud technologies, Salesforce, mobile and omnichannel strategy, application modernization, and infrastructure modernization.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices, with hands-on experience in architecting and implementing complex solutions in Azure cloud environments and Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, drive results, and deliver exceptional value to clients.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, build relationships, and influence decision-making.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-wide architecture initiatives, driving digital transformation, and delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Industry certifications in enterprise architecture, Azure cloud technologies, Salesforce, and other relevant areas are highly desirable.
