We are currently seeking a Remote BCBA or BCaBA Clinical Supervisor to help develop and supervise behavioral therapy programs for children, adolescents, and young adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental disabilities in the home and community settings.

They will be responsible for creating and implementing appropriate training programs for all behavior technicians. This position will provide clinical oversight to ABA client programming and supervision to behavior technicians providing direct services.


Education and Experience Required: At least a Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Childhood Development, or other related disciplines from an accredited college or university and relevant experience implementing ABA services with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities and one or more years with relevant supervisory experience.


Additional Requirements:

  • Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in good standing.
  • Must be a current LBA or LaBA for the state of Virginia
  • Must have experience providing telehealth supervision and feedback (6-12 months)
  • Must be available from 2pm-5:30pm EST
  • Must be available to attend in-person trainings such as New Employee Orientation (one-time), and Behavior Management Training (yearly)
