Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Engage in face-to-face interactions with homeowners, presenting our company and showcasing our products and services.
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a dynamic team of canvassers to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum age of 21.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a hunger for success.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
  • Completion of a paid basic management course is preferred.
