As a member of our Hospitality team, you will be the face of The Woodhouse brand. You will be the first impression a guest has of our spa. Whether a guest visits us to purchase a gift card, book an appointment, learn about our unique transformative services, or embark on a luxurious retreat, you will help facilitate each guests time at the spa from beginning to end.

What makes a Woodhouse Front Desk Member successful?
  • A passion for customer service. You will guide a guest during their check-in for their service and help them check-out after their service has been concluded.
  • An ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is key. In addition to helping guests during their visit, you will be answering a multi-line phone system as well as selling products and memberships to guests as they check-out.
  • An opportunity for continuous customer service training that could lead to our Spa Supervisor position.
  • Ongoing training with our Lead Hospitality Educator

Qualifications Skills & Requirements
  • Prefer 2+ years of sales or hospitality experience
  • A commitment to high standards.
  • Ability to re-book the guest and recommend retail and series to every guest.
Flexible schedules including an evening and weekend shift
