Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telehealth Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide virtual speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients, ranging from infants to adolescents. This role offers flexibility, with the opportunity to transition from part-time to full-time based on performance and caseload demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations through telehealth platforms.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing engaging and interactive techniques.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support the child's progress and generalization of skills.
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in pediatric speech and language therapy.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
