Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time licensed behavior analyst (LBA) to join our growing team. Our LBAs provide school, home and community based services to school age children who have behavioral and learning disorders. They are responsible for direct services, parent training, completing documentation and keeping accurate records of treatment plans, progress notes and annual reports.

Requirements:

  • Valid New York State Behavior Analyst (LBA) license and registration 
  • Must be willing to provide services in Manhattan, NY (Lower East Side)
  • Availability Monday - Friday
  • Experience providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) to school age children diagnosed with Autism and various language and speech disorders

Responsibilities:

  • Provide services to children with autism
  • Foster strong relationships with families and create a nurturing learning environment in home settings
  • Engage with caregivers to maintain consistent therapeutic schedules
  • Maintain weekly, quarterly, and annual paperwork including daily session notes, progress reports and annual review
