Branch Manager for Home Loans

Our organization is presently seeking a motivated Mortgage Branch Manager who is passionate about growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have years of management experience in the mortgage industry, a proven track record of meeting sales goals with their team, and a commitment to service excellence.


Our company is rapidly expanding, and we are seeking dynamic teams to join us and grow together. This is a P&L opportunity where you and your current team will need to bring a minimum production of $2 million per month. Compensation:

$150,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales management goals, pipeline goals, and new business generation goals to increase market share
  • Promote our organization in a positive way, with an emphasis on marketing and building new business with referral channels such as realtors
  • Ensure all staff members follow branch procedures, policies, and protocols
  • Lead, train, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals
  • Monitor loan quality to ensure it is in alignment with company policies and procedures, and in compliance with state, regional, and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Confident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process with a firm grasp on products and regulations such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional residential mortgage loans
  • Requires 3-5 years of experience in the banking or mortgage industry with 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role as customer service, operations, business development, human resources, or sales manager
  • Must have strong judgment and decision making skills and excellent communication skills
  • NMLS or state licensing preferred or will acquire immediately upon hire
