Requirements:

- Take orders for and prepare beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.

- Clean/sanitize work area, utensils and equipment.

- Have complete knowledge of menu, function space, guest rooms, outlets and services

- Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor.

- Take every opportunity to amaze the guests using Customer Service Standards

- Smile, have eye contact any greet guests immediately

- Handle special requests properly; anticipate guest’s needs

- Promptly respond and resolve guest complaints

- Be friendly, thorough, accurate and efficient in taking dining room and room service orders

- Use guests’ names

- Actively ask for feedback from guests

- Be knowledgeable and helpful about the local area, the hotel and the hotel services
