As the ideal candidate, you'll lead by example, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills while motivating and empowering our team members to excel. You'll play a pivotal role in developing our department representatives to provide exceptional service, cultivate Member relationships, and expand our Member base.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive service and sales support to our Greenville staff, offering feedback, coaching, training, and development opportunities. Assist in the hiring and performance management processes.
  • Oversee the daily operations of our Greenville branch, ensuring alignment with management goals. Manage workflow, address employee inquiries, and resolve escalated issues.
  • Assist Members and potential Members with their depository, new account, and service needs, actively identifying cross-selling opportunities to enhance their financial well-being.
  • Collaborate with managers, staff, and other departments to meet Members' needs efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, making recommendations for continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a financial institution, with previous supervisory experience being a plus.
  • Strong listening skills and clear verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, especially when managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred, not required.


Additional Information

Salary:  This position ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
