We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain valuable experience in the field of accounting within a collaborative and supportive work environment.Responsibilities:1. Accounts Receivable and Payable: - Assist in processing and recording accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. - Verify and reconcile invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.2. General Ledger Maintenance: - Support the maintenance of the general ledger by recording journal entries and reconciling accounts. - Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.3. Bank Reconciliation: - Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records. - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.4. Expense Management: - Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies. - Assist in tracking and analyzing expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.5. Financial Reporting: - Assist in the preparation of various financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Provide support during the annual audit process.6. Compliance and Documentation: - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. - Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (experience with [specific software] is a plus).- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
