Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThis is a remote position.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Workato Developer to join our team. As a Workato Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations and automation workflows using Workato's platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable solutions.Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy integrations and automation workflows using Workato's platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Build and maintain connectors, recipes, and triggers to enable seamless data flow between various systems.
- Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
- Optimize integration performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay current with Workato platform updates and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to existing workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience developing integrations and automation workflows using Workato or similar integration platforms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data transformation techniques.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workato certification(s) is a plus.
- Experience with other integration platforms such as Zapier, Tray.io, or MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology company.
