Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications according to client specifications. This role requires expertise in front-end and back-end development, proficiency in web technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for web development, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering responsive, user-friendly websites.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Website and Application Development:

    • Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
    • Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and content creators to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  2. Front-End Development:

    • Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
    • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility standards in front-end development.

  3. Back-End Development:

    • Develop server-side logic and APIs using server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, PHP) and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
    • Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend website functionality and enhance user experience.

  4. UI/UX Design Implementation:

    • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design mockups, wireframes, and prototypes into functional web interfaces.
    • Optimize user interactions and visual elements to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

  5. Testing and Debugging:

    • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure software quality, reliability, and scalability.
    • Debug issues and troubleshoot problems reported by users to maintain website functionality and performance.

  6. Version Control and Deployment:

    • Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for code management, collaboration, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
    • Deploy websites and web applications to production environments and configure cloud hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

  7. Documentation and Maintenance:

    • Create technical documentation, including project specifications, API documentation, and user guides.
    • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and updates for deployed websites, including bug fixes, security patches, and feature enhancements.
