Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana is hiring a Prep Cook for full or part time shifts. Flexible schedules are available. Working weekends required.

Join the famiglia Il Fornaio, is seeking a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. Our ideal candidate is polite, attentive and works efficiently in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities include:

* Completing all food prep required based on business.

* Maintaining cleanliness of floors and surfaces

* Adhering to all company recipes

* Completing cleaning and other tasks

* Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines

* Maintaining a positive teamwork attitude

* Communicating clearly, professionally and respectfully

* Being able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

* Having a flexible work schedule including weekend availability
