Job Details:
We are hiring independent maintenance workers. Once hired, technicians will be contacted only when there is a work order near their location. This streamlined approach ensures efficient response times and optimal service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replacement of the siding, soffit, facia, security door installation, and debris removal job using necessary equipment.
- Remove old and damaged parts of the exterior siding wall, soffit, and facia from the lower portion of the roof.
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working for the siding.
- need to be careful during the time of the siding and soffit work-simple damage may cause further structural damage and roof damage.

-Use hand tools, vacuum, skimmer net and brush, hand tools, power washer trimmers,
-Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as tractors, blowers, power tools
-Water changes, fish care, water treatments, plant care, running pump and filtration systems, hoses,
-Water feature maintenance, water conditioning treatments
-Skim and clean outs removing organic debris
-Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in repairing siding, soffit, and facia in different types of properties.
- Knowledge of different types of siding, soffit, and facia- so that- the worker is perfect for the field-work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Worker must have the meticulous explanation- process of doing the required work (siding, soffit, facia repair, and security door installation)
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Able to provide the estimation in case of providing bids.

-Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper preferred
-Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools
-Must be able to maneuver around rough terrain, rocks and water areas and be able to work in water
-Willing to work in all weather elements
