What youll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain production-level backend software using Go.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to set and achieve project goals.
  • Set and enforce high engineering standards to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Provide in-the-moment feedback and contribute to a learning-focused team culture.
  • Work in-person at least 3-4 days per week to foster strong collaboration.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Strong experience with backend development using Go.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work through challenges with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work in-person at our Redwood City office a couple of days a week.
