Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionFS-Elliott Co., LLC is looking to add to our Product Engineering team at our headquarters in Export, PA.  At FS-E we are continuously looking to find new solutions to meet the needs of our Customers across diverse markets and industries. Our Product Engineers provide technical support for the sustainability of the product lines. They are responsible for engineering design, contributing technically within a cross functional team, and applying sound engineering practices to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and enhance mechanical products and equipment.
  • Provides technical support focused on quality, high reliability, and manufacturing cost.
  • Work with vendors to collect feasibility information.
  • Work directly with manufacturing to develop and execute test plans. Assisting in the testing of equipment, and analyzes collected data.
  • Resolves quality issues with new and existing products, including relevant customer quality forms and interaction with customers and vendors
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Skills Knowledge and ExperienceEDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful and adaptable; able to work independently within team focused environment
  • 3-5 years prior experience with Turbo Machinery preferred. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software, AutoCAD
  • Ansys FEA tools and Rotor dynamics tools experience is a plus.
