brightmeds is seeking a motivated and skilled lead tech to join our team. As a leading healthcare company, we are dedicated to providing innovative solutions to improve patient care. The lead tech will play a crucial role in overseeing our technical operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems. This individual will be responsible for managing a team, implementing new technologies, and troubleshooting technical issues. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem-solver with excellent communication and leadership skills.


Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the technical team
  • Define and implement procedures and protocols to ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage and maintain the company's technical systems and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges
  • Provide technical support to internal employees and external clients
  • Research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience as a tech lead or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of technical systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulations is a plus
