We are so excited to announce the opening of our 2nd location, right in the heart of downtown Waukesha We are currently looking for an awesome line cook to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working Individual familiar working in a faster paced, team environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the culinary field and a passion for food preparation & creation. Pay is based on experience and longevity at previous jobs. Pay is also based on schedule, if you have limited availability, it may affect pay per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
  • Cook and plate menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Follow recipes
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Top Priority
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly * Top Priority
  • Wash dishes, take out garbage, sweep, mop, restock, etc.


Qualifications:

  • Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Understanding of food safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Able to meet scheduling commitments
  • Strong attention to detail

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Culinary training or certification is a plus
  • Bilingual
