Job DescriptionJob Description

The company is a privately held housewares manufacturer that opened in 2018. Their state-of-the-art plant, warehouse and shipping operation are operating 3x24 shifts, 5 days per week and are experiencing tremendous growth. They have asked our team to recruit a top-grade Production/Operations Manager that can scale their operations as their business grows.

A qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Operation or Business Management
  • Six (6+) plus years of experience in a Production or Operations Management role in a high-speed injection molding operation
  • Demonstrated success as an innovative manufacturing leader including overseeing automated/robotic equipment
  • Proven experience managing to the ISO or equivalent quality standards
  • Well-rounded operations management experience including a deep understanding and experience with operations tactics, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement, strategies and best practices and process discipline
  • Knowledge of production processes, raw materials, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
  • Proficient in and proven experience utilizing ERP systems, preferably Dassault systems
