Job DescriptionJob Description

JOB TITLE: Work Crew Lead Janitor


General Description:

  • Lawn Care - Complete daily lawncare services for contracted clients of Russell Nesbitt Services, Inc.

Qualifications:

    1. Must be physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb and reach
    2. Ability to assist in keeping the contract site clean
    3. Neat appearance to represent Russell Nesbitt Services positively at the contractors site
    4. Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities:

Work Crew Leader - Lawn Care Responsibilities

  1. Determine work priorities, supplies required and duties of the contract work site.
  2. Become trained to properly work with each work crew member.
  3. Report to shift on time
  4. Work and oversee work crew on-site
  5. Adhere and follow directives of Work Crew Manager
  6. Pick up trash before beginning lawn care
  7. Use a push mower for mowing lawns
  8. Use a week wacker for trimming edges
  9. Use a leaf blower to clean off sidewalks and driveways
  10. Rake up mowed grass, bag it and throw bags in dumpster
  11. Attend mower safety training annually
  12. Perform a final check and correct any identified deficiencies
  13. Perform related duties as requested.

Employment Status: This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
