Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA team and oversee all aspects of quality assurance for our software products.
  • Develop and implement QA processes, methodologies, and standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve quality issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Mentor and coach team members on QA best practices, testing techniques, and tools.
  • Continuously improve QA processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.

Required Skills:

  • C#: Proficiency in C# programming language for automation testing and developing test frameworks.
  • SQL: Strong understanding of SQL for database testing, data validation, and querying databases for testing purposes.
  • .NET: Knowledge of the .NET framework for creating and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • API Testing: Experience in testing APIs for functionality, performance, and security using tools like Postman or other API testing frameworks.
  • Selenium: Proficiency in Selenium for automated web application testing, including writing and maintaining test scripts.
  • Postman: Familiarity with Postman for API testing, including creating and running test cases, assertions, and managing test environments.
  • Azure: Understanding of Azure services and cloud testing methodologies, including deploying and testing applications on Azure infrastructure.
  • CI/CD: Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automating testing processes, integrating tests into the build pipeline, and ensuring code quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSQA).
  • Experience with other testing tools and technologies such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, etc.
