Position Description:

Under the general direction of the Materials Supervisor, you will serve as a liaison between Purchasing,

Accounting, Operations and other service providers in resolving inventory related issues. As a Materials Clerk,

you will receive, stock, issue, ship and maintain parts and supplies. You will keep records of items shipped,

received, or transferred to another location. Compile reports on various changes in production or inventory.

Organize the assembly, distribution, or delivery of goods to meet production schedules. Prepare materials for

shipping by labeling or checking packages.

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software or inventory management systems is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and external partners.
• Excellent math, reading, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• US Citizenship or C1 Permanent Resident Alien status
