These roles provide technical guidance and expertise in supporting the department in developing, architecting, and maintaining APIs, data mappings, and monitoring high-volume, complex data integration processes.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

The ideal candidate must have the following KSAs:

Minimum Required KSAs:

  • 5+ years of experience in .NET Core and API development.
  • 5+ years of experience with DDL, DML, advanced T-SQL skills, writing stored procedures, managing tables, primary keys, foreign keys, constraints, indexes, transactions, process logging, and error handling.
  • 3+ years of experience with data mapping.
  • 3+ years of experience in API architecture and data integration.
  • 3+ years of experience in analyzing and interpreting large datasets, including data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.
  • 3+ years of experience in testing high-volume, complex data integration processes.
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce, Message MQ, and MuleSoft.
  • Familiarity with system catalog views and Azure Cloud.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer support and maintain high-quality work standards.

Education and Certifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. (Required)
  • Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification (Desired) and MS Dynamics Power Platform Certifications (Desired)
