Columbia Woodlands in Dover, Ohio is now hiring a Pool Maintenance Technician. We are looking for an experienced Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing team If you are looking to take the next step in your career, apply today

Job Functions:

  • Monitor, handle, and apply all pool and hot tub chemicals
  • Perform regular pool cleaning
  • Perform minor repairs to swimming pools and regular pool maintenance
  • Order and maintain inventory of chemicals, parts, and supplies as needed
  • Work with contractors and grounds employees as needed
  • Repair, clean, and maintain pool equipment and area around pool
  • Assemble pool furniture and equipment
  • Perform minor plumbing and electrical work as needed
  • Maintain work logs including lists of complete and incomplete orders
  • Monitor and maintain pool and hot tub temperatures
  • Perform other duties as assigned and requested by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working on swimming pools, hot tubs, and other related equipment
  • Experience working with and handling chemicals
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to operate a variety of specialized tools and equipment
