We assisted over 1,500 customers with water and fire emergencies in 2022 across the DFW metroplex. We are a full turnkey provider for our customers doing everything from Water and Fire Emergency Services, Moving and Storage of Contents, and Textile Cleaning all the way to Reconstruction.

We are seeking a motivated and personable Executive Administrator join our dynamic team. Job Description

  • Manage heavy calendar scheduling and coordination of meetings and deliverables
  • Audit expense reports and ensure accuracy
  • Utilize intermediate Excel skills for data organization and analysis
  • Assist with light PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintain detailed and organized records
  • Basic accounting knowledge (debits/credits) a plus
Qualifications:

  • 4 year college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong experience in in Excel
  • Knowledge with SOP's and vendor communication
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and basic office equipment.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to assist and help others.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing needs.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
