Senior Campaign Manager

- This role is responsible for developing and managing the execution of cohesive marketing campaigns.
- We’re looking for a passionate senior-level Campaign Manager who will have the advantage of working as a key member of our highly collaborative and agile marketing team. Partners with multiple stakeholders and teams such as marketing operations, creatives, compliance, data, and products, as well as external partners.
Accountabilities included but not limited to the following:
- Be a brand custodian throughout the campaign creative process – from briefing to concepting to execution and governance - to ensure work is consistent and considered.
- Oversee and develop end to end marketing campaigns and associated marketing processes from start to finish, leveraging internal and external support and approaching campaigns leveraging highly collaborative methods.
- Develop best in class digital, print and video marketing assets that ensure consistency of our brand across multiple touch points.
- Track and report on effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns through tracking critical marketing KPIs. Work with internal teams and external agency partners to optimize accordingly.
- Confident in writing comprehensive brand-centered briefs for creative campaign and assets as well as managing the digital, social and print marketing processes and budgets.
- Be comfortable presenting campaign plans and final deliverables to stakeholders.
- Maintain full awareness and understanding of appropriate legislation for relevant channels and ensure all activity is approved by Compliance/Legal team(s); ensure that all materials are consistent with legal & regulatory requirements and best practices across telecom and specifically fiber expansion industry landscape.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing communications, marketing management or business administration with a concentration in marketing (social media, digital, operations or communications specifically)
- Minimum 10 yrs. relevant experience in telecom, fiber internet or cable internet marketing or related field
- Attention to detail and excellent project management processes.
- Passionate about maintaining brand consistency.
- Calm under pressure with a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in agency and vendor team management
- Ability to work effectively in an active office environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Coursework (academic or professional) in areas of Marketing Management, Marketing Operations, Marketing Communications or Marketing Research
- Experience with marketing automation software and platforms
- Exciting opportunity in a growing telecommunications company.
- Some travel may be required (less than 5%)
