As a Hydro Jetter Technician, you will operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean and clear blockages in pipes, sewers, and drains. Your role is crucial in maintaining our clients' plumbing systems' functionality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain state-of-the-art Hydro jet equipment.
• Clean sewer and secondary drain lines on residential homes with high-pressure water.
• Inspect drain piping with camera equipment to verify the completion of the job.
• Understand how complete drain systems function to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Perform routine maintenance on jetting equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
• Communicate with clients to explain the work and provide exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Complete required documentation and reports for each job.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating jetting equipment or similar machinery is preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and common issues related to blockages.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
