Boater’s World Marine Centers is seeking a full-time Boat Detailer for our Lake Placid, FL location. If you’re interested in starting your career in the marine industry and joining a reputable company with opportunities for career growth, please apply below


Note: All new hires must undergo drug and background screening.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pressure wash and detail boats
  • Perform cut, buffing, and waxing
  • Clean canvas, interior, and floors
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the lot as needed
  • Clean and polish metal and glass surfaces
  • Organize the service lot as requested
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the service manager
  • Ensure attention to detail in all tasks
  • Lift objects weighing over 25 lbs.
Requirements:


  • Previous experience in cutting, buffing, and waxing vehicles is a must
  • Knowledge of detailing (automotive or marine)
  • Experience with power tools
  • Ability to complete full details on marine surfaces

Note: This position is physically demanding and requires acclimation to the work environment.
