Visión General del Trabajo:

El Busser de Restaurante de Hotel desempeña un papel crucial en garantizar una experiencia gastronómica sin contratiempos para los huéspedes al preparar mesas, mantener la limpieza y apoyar al personal de servicio. Más allá de las tareas básicas, contribuyen al ambiente general y la eficiencia del área de comedor.

Responsabilidades:

  • Preparar el comedor para los huéspedes limpiando y vistiendo mesas, incluyendo la disposición de decoraciones, condimentos, velas, servilletas, platos de servicio y utensilios.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de saneamiento y seguridad para proteger el establecimiento y los clientes.
  • Mantener la presentación de los menús manteniéndolos limpios, reemplazando páginas dañadas, limpiando pizarras y actualizando los especiales.
  • Supervisar la disposición de las mesas, retirar los platos terminados, reponer los utensilios y rellenar los vasos de agua rápidamente. Permanecer atento a cualquier derrame o necesidad especial de los huéspedes.
  • Asistir al personal de servicio preparando y reabasteciendo stands de condimentos, contenedores de basura y estaciones de limpieza.
  • Ayudar en el cierre del establecimiento de comedor limpiando sillas y mesas, barriendo o aspirando pisos y desechando basura y materiales reciclables.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre el conocimiento del trabajo participando en oportunidades de capacitación del personal.
  • Contribuir a la reputación de la organización asumiendo tareas, aceptando nuevos desafíos y buscando formas de mejorar el desempeño laboral.
  • Anticipar las necesidades de los huéspedes y brindar asistencia proactiva para mejorar su experiencia gastronómica.
  • Colaborar con el personal de cocina para garantizar una entrega eficiente de la comida y flujo de servicio.
  • Ayudar en el mantenimiento del inventario de suministros de comedor y reportar escaseces o daños según sea necesario.
  • Coordinar con otros departamentos, como limpieza, para garantizar la limpieza y organización en todo el área de comedor.
  • Actuar como enlace entre los huéspedes y la gerencia, abordando cualquier inquietud o retroalimentación de manera rápida y profesional.

Calificaciones:

  • Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia como Busser en un café, restaurante o hotel.
  • Actitud positiva y un fuerte compromiso con proporcionar un servicio excelente.
  • Mentalidad orientada al servicio con la capacidad de trabajar bien en un entorno de equipo.
  • Conocimiento sobre prácticas dentro de la industria de Alimentos y Bebidas / Hotelería.
  • Disposición para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y días festivos.
  • Habilidad para colaborar eficazmente con colegas de otros departamentos.
  • Atención al detalle, rapidez y precisión en la realización de las funciones laborales.
  • Excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo y comunicación.
