As a Canvasser, you will play a vital role in engaging with potential customers and setting appointments for our sales advisors. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay plus bonuses, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in-neighborhood to discuss their window and door concerns.
- Set appointments with interested homeowners for our Design Consultants to provide solutions tailored to their needs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer service at all times.
- Work towards achieving monthly appointment setting targets to maximize bonus potential.
- Adhere to company guidelines and values while representing Renewal by Andersen in a positive light.

Experience:

- Previous experience in direct marketing, sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to negotiate effectively, market products persuasively, and communicate clearly with customers.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with door-to-door sales or fundraising activities is advantageous.
- Experience in supervising or leading a team is beneficial but not required.
