The Toy Shop Of Eagle River in Eagle River, WI is looking for an experienced powersport service technician to join our 8 person strong team. We are a CFMoto dealer and service most makes and models of anything powersports related. The Toy Shop also has multiple seasonal rentals including pontoons, waverunners, golf carts, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles. We also feature indoor and outdoor storage options, boat and jet ski winterizations, and summarizations. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues on powersport machines.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tune-ups, and filter replacements.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections on new and used vehicles.
  • Build new ATVs and UTVs from crate deliveries.
  • Install both dealer direct and aftermarket accessories on ATVs and UTVs.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide excellent service.
  • Assist in winterizations, summarizations, shrink wrap, and storage needs.
  • Accurately keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-year experience as a powersports technician, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of small engine mechanics and electrical systems
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A valid driver's license
  • A positive attitude and a passion for powersports is a plus
