The City of Cut Bank, Montana, is looking to hire a full time Park & Recreation Director. Do you enjoy working with the public? Do you have excellent customer service skills? Would you like to be a part of a healthy community? If so, please read on

The Recreation Director will supervise, plan, coordinate, direct and administer the Civic Center and Swimming Pool. We are looking for a self starter who has excellent organizational skills, the ability to communicate and engage with the public in a positive manner and is motivated to promote activities that fit the community's needs.

The starting pay is $20-$21 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include retirement, health insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation and sick leave.

ABOUT THE CITY OF CUT BANK

The City of Cut Bank is located 45 minutes east of Glacier National Park. We are minutes away from world-class hunting, fishing, and hiking. Our city is growing, and we have various businesses including several restaurants, clothing stores, grocery stores, and a brewery. We also have a newly established walking trail and a city park next to the creek.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be able to become a certified pool operator
  • Graduation from High School or equivalent
  • Must be able to be standard first and CPR-PR certified
