Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Lead

Job Type : W2

Experience : 8-10 Years

Location : Atlanta, Georgia

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Lead who will have a proven track record of development experience across MS Azure, Dynamics 365, Synapse, and the Power Platform. This role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and lead technical teams and junior developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365.
  • Minimum of 3 years of CRM support experience.
  • Proven development experience with MS Azure, Dynamics 365, Synapse, and the Power Platform.
  • Microsoft Certification to support expert-level experience.
  • Experience with the implementation or migration of CRM solutions.
  • Experience in a leadership role within technical teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft technologies and their application in business solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work independently.
  • Managed and mentored technical teams and junior developers in the design,development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Provide expert-level support for Dynamics 365 and CRM-related issues.
  • Develop and implement CRM solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Migrate and integrate CRM solutions within the organization's ecosystem.
  • Utilize SQL and relational databases to support application development and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
