The Horst Group, a growing Lancaster-based, family-owned, multi-company organization is seeking a Full-Time Lifestyle Director. A Lifestyle Director provides a variety of support to the community's Board of Directors and community residents.


Responsibilities


  • Plan and lead events in conjunction with the Social Committee for the community
  • Attend events as needed
  • Manage club house rentals
  • Assist all committees as necessary
  • Create promotion materials for events and classes
  • Respond to emails, phone calls and questions regarding club house activities
  • Maintains current Resident Directory
  • Create and maintain monthly event calendar
  • Produce weekly newsletter
  • Maintain community webpage
  • Any other responsibilities as requested by the Board and/or the HOA
  • Coordinate clubhouse maintenance with the Building & Grounds Committee
  • Light cleaning/restocking



Qualifications

  • Associate or business degree in hospitality preferred, or experience working in a similar position
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.; Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time
