Job Summary

• Prepares and serves specialty hot and cold beverages and bowls to patrons.

General Accountabilities

• Greets customers.
• Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages.
• Prepare fruits and vegetables using sharp knifes.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, utensils, equipment and service and seating areas.
• Checks temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Describes menu items to customers or suggests products that might appeal to them.
• Provides customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions as requested.
• Receives and processes customer payments.
• Stocks customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.
• Required to lift heavy produce boxes that could be up to 50lbs.
• Required to use proper safety precaution while using knifes to prepare fruits and vegetables.
• Be aware of the open hatch in the floor to the basement, it could become dangerous if not paying attention or notifying other employees.
