Job Description:Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic BCBA who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of families? Join a highly regarded team in Denver, CO, where you'll collaborate daily with other BCBAs to provide exceptional ABA-based therapy. As a BCBA - Assistant Clinical Director, you will play a vital role in the company, supervising therapists in the field, conducting initial assessments, and working closely with fellow BCBAs to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy to clients. Your expertise and commitment will contribute to a relaxed yet focused work culture that is dedicated to having a real impact on the families they serve.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Therapists: Provide guidance and supervision to therapists in the field, ensuring adherence to ABA principles and individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct Initial Assessments: Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, weaknesses, and specific needs.
  • Collaborate with Fellow BCBAs: Work closely with other BCBAs on a daily basis to develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
  • Provide ABA Therapy: Deliver ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism, implementing evidence-based strategies to promote skill development and behavior reduction.
  • Participate in Team Meetings: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for each client.
  • Guide and Support Families: Empower and educate families by providing guidance on implementing behavior management strategies at home and in the community.

Qualifications:
  • Enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
  • Passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • State licensure and compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
